At Bathing Buff Chandlery, each order is packed with care and a touch of charm. We currently ship orders once a week on Mondays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

We ship via USPS and offer tracking for all packages. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

At this time, we ship within the U.S. only.
