Due to the nature of our handcrafted bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite what you expected, please contact us at BathingBuff@gmail.com, within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right, whether through a replacement, store credit, or another solution.
